What I've Learned After 200 Engagements

I've spent twenty years studying why. Building brands. Launching podcasts. Running campaigns. Testing everything. And the pattern is always the same: the gap between what a company has built and what its market believes about that company is the most expensive problem in business. Most people try to close that gap with louder marketing. I close it with better architecture.

I call it narrative infrastructure. It's the invisible foundation that determines whether you're seen as a commodity or a category of one. Most consultants will never touch it because it requires the kind of thinking that doesn't fit in a slide deck. It requires both philosophical rigor and strategic precision.
